The Texas Regional Art Gallery was officially open on 27 September 2000. The Texas Arts Council Inc are proud to manage the Gallery located in the Texas Cultural Centre, which is owned and maintained by Goondiwindi Regional Council.
These exhibitions range from touring exhibitions, acquisitions and works by local artists.
The complex was originally erected as council chambers and town hall for the Goondiwindi Town Council. It replaced existing timber council chambers and the School of Arts building which had been used as a de facto town hall.
