Not one to sit back and wait for things to happen, Rebecca Cover established Goondiwindi Region to create one easy place to show all elements that make our community great. A showcase and directory of the region revealing the good times, business and industry opportunities, local services and upcoming events.
Goondiwindi Region was developed as a social enterprise providing economic opportunity for local business during tough times after being drought declared in 2014 and then with more recently covid. Enticing those to our region through destination and lifestyle marketing of our region.
Rebecca has lived in Goondiwindi since 1993 with her husband Tony, a born and bred local, and their 2 children Lachlan and Grace. Rebecca is passionate about her family and regional communities. She hopes to promote the vitality of our community and to build economic opportunities for residents of the Goondiwindi Region.
