Here at CrossFit 4390 / Boars Barbell Club, our focus is CrossFit training which essentially is:
-Training and developing your muscles to assist with everyday activities
-Exercising in a way to maintain or improve your quality of life
-Using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time
-Emphasizing core stability and mobility
-Improving balance, agility and muscle strength
-Suitable for all ages
We use equipment such as medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, barbells and boxes to incorporate a wide variety of joint and muscle movements. Our programming includes aerobic exercise, body weight movements and weightlifting. As you become fitter, you can add more resistance and weight and will see improvements in your quality of life and ability to perform everyday activities with ease.
We're proud to offer a safe and supportive space to perform CrossFit at all ages and fitness levels.
