The 2022 Goondiwindi Gala was held on the 3rd of September by the Goondiwindi Show Society and their friends. A cocktail dinner, guest speaker Sam Bailey and live band were enjoyed by attendees. With an auction and raffle which raised money for the McKelvey family whose son had a motorbike accident which sadly resulted in a major spinal cord injury and he is now adjusting to life as a paraplegic. The support that the family feels is heartwarming and the Goondiwindi Gala was another wonderful example of community spirit at its finest.
