Goondiwindi Cotton is delighted to advise that Goondiwindi Cotton Tours are now back up and running for 2022.
During Covid, we took the opportunity to review our tours and would like to advise the following updates for the 2022 season:
Farm and Town Tours
- 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday from 8.30am – 12noon.
- The Farm and Town Tour now includes a visit to the Customs House where Morning Tea is also served. For further details of the itinerary, please visit online.
- Departure remains from local motels and caravan parks.
- Adults $45 I Seniors $40
- Youth (6-17yrs) $15 I Child (Under 6yrs) FREE
Art and Sculpture Trail
- 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2pm – 4pm.
- Departure from Goondiwindi Cotton (27 Herbert Street, Goondiwindi)
- Adults $30 I Seniors $25
- Youth (6-17yrs) $10 | Child (Under 6yrs) FREE
Bookings:
Whilst we are still accepting bookings via the office, we have also introduced online bookings with all availabilities now listed online. To see our calendar, please visit the link https://goondiwindicotton.com.au/pages/farm-tours
The cut off for booking’s online is 4pm the day prior. For telephone bookings outside these hours, we ask that you phone the office during business hours on 07 4671 5611 or for after hours, contact the tour mobile on 0427 878 342 to make an enquiry.
Should visitors enquire about cotton for the 2022 season, it’s looking fantastic. At this stage, we are in for a late picking at our cotton farm, Alcheringa which would see the magnificent field of white unfold from late April onwards.
Finally, our tour guides Mike Henderson, Lois Phillips and Marion Doyle return, all with extensive knowledge of agriculture, farming, arts, culture and the region.
