Victoria Hotel is an Iconic Australian Hotel servicing Goondiwindi and surrounds since the 1880’s. She was lovingly restored recently and has become the focal point of the town for tourists, travellers and locals. We maintain the old-fashioned hospitality we’ve been known for over 150 years. Our menu is inspired by the surroundings of Goondiwindi and beyond and our local suppliers. We pride ourselves on our steaks, pub classics and fresh salads. We’ve taken our menu to the next level with a modern Australian twist on old classics. We are an inclusive venue with a discerning clientele



Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Menu development including weekly specials
  • Staff training and leadership
  • Rostering and recruitment
  • Stock Control
  • Preparation and Cooking
  • Developing employees
  • Food safety and cleaning
  • Dietary and allergy requirements
  • Maintain a customer focus – respond to feedback positively to ensure a memorable experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • Food safety supervisor certificate
  • Proven track record
  • Cert 3 or 4 in Cookery
  • Must have Australian Work Rights
  • Must be available to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and split shifts
