The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team in the role of Weighbridge & Warehouse Coordinatoron a full time basis based at our Feedmill in Lundavra, QLD approx. 85kms outside of Goondiwindi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for weighing deliveries of all raw materials as well as finished feed including testing of all grain receival and retaining labelled samples of all raw materials while ensuring accurate stock control of all raw materials through weekly stock counts and daily reconciliation.

Reporting to the Feedmill Production Manager, key responsibilities will include:

· Operate the weighbridge according to FeedMill requirements

· Manage incoming stock and deliveries efficiently

· Collaborate with the Feedmill Manager for inventory and feed orders

· Conduct regular stocktakes and manage stock rotation

· Test incoming grains and ensure raw material quality

· Perform data management tasks and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders

· Uphold WHS and quality control standards in line with FeedSafe GMP/quality management

As a key member of this team, the successful applicant will need to:

Be proficient in office software, including Outlook and Excel

  • A forklift licence essential
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work on conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Exhibit safety-conscious behaviour
