On Monday 17th July, Goondiwindi Netball played host to two players from the Qld Firebirds as part of the Suncorp Bank Regional Tour Program.
Approx 60 children participated over the two available coaching sessions with the added opportunity for local coaches to fire questions at them during a Q & A session. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and a few had stars in their eyes, seeing their favourite players on the courts
We are honoured to have been included in the program and look forward to many more visits
Thank-you to Suncorp Bank and their local support staff, The Queensland Firebirds support team and of course, the amazing Gabi Simpson and Remi Kamo
